Faulty product

I recorded a faulty pourer with one of the sides not supported. I would have thought the molds would be checked before getting sent out. I am still giving 4 stars for the communication and quick turn around in a resolution. Also, apart from that weakened side the rest of the mold was sturdy and I could tell it would have been durable
