Our new Fluorescent Neon Powders are of the very best quality and are very vibrant and intense in colour.
These powders will give a very vibrant intense colour and will glow under UV black light
We have a great range of colours in this pigment.
The Fluorescent pigments can be used in resin, soap making, candle making, nail polish and other art projects. These are non soluble in water.
Just a hint: For soap making these powders can clump so you may need to mix these with Olive Oil to help dissolve these clumps before adding to soap.
Note these powders are not Glow In The Dark powders (see our range of Glow in the Dark Powders) however they will Glow under a UV black light.
