Amazing Macrame Cord from an Amazing Business's

What can I say, my first delivery of cord arrived in super quick time, though the business is in Melbourne and I'm in NSW. I was so impressed that I ordered twice as much again. Unfortunately, the order was lost by AusPost, through no fault of the Harry and Wilma. Where AusPost were completely useless and unhelpful, Harry and Wilma staff were amazing, they were responsive, helpful and offered (no questions) to send me what they had in stock to replace the order and refund me the difference. They were so amazing that when my original parcel arrived (after a nationwide tour which included a stop and stay in WA), I decided to keep that one too.A family run business, I will definitely order for Harry and Wilma again... the quality is amazing too.
