2.6kg kit . 2kg of powder and 0.60kg of liquid acrylic binder.

AR6000 is easy to use and so much fun, the best thing is it’s a water based and eco-friendly acrylic resin that sets in an amazing 40mins.

It’s a 2 part mix with a powder component and a liquid acrylic binder. It is mixed in a 3:1 ratio that is measured by weight, grams on digital scales.  

If you have 100g of powder, on a calculator multiply your powder weight by 0.3 this will give your liquid amount.

The working time is approximately 15 minutes.

Combine both parts together and whisk until it's smooth and without lumps. Then add your colour using Artko Casting Powder Pigments, then simply pour into a mould to set for 40mins then de-mould. Any colour additives should be no more than 2% of the total.

AR6000 can be used for moulds such as coasters, trays, making terrazzo chips, jewellery, castings and sculptures as we say at Harry & Wilma creativity is nourishment for the soul.

Fantastic product

Such professional results. Easily remoulded, beautiful finish with no rough edges. I did a dirty pour in small dish mould and was thrilled with the results. Used alcohol inks- not vibrant in this product but I loved the pastel effect. Inspired to do more. Thanks for the super speedy delivery.

Acrylic Powder so easy and cheap

As a regular user of epoxy resin I wanted to try the powder that I'd heard about, and I am so glad I did. This stuff is literally mixing a very inexpensive powder with water and pour it into any silicon moulds. It is non-toxic, very quick to set, easy clean up. It can be painted afterwards or add colours and embellishments to the mix.
